Site Rules

No pets are permitted on site with the exception of documented service animals and animals in training to be service animals by a paid trainer.

This is a very discreet "dry" site. Alcohol is only allowed in designated locations - no exceptions. If you bring alcohol, you may store it in the designated area and must consume it only in that area. Any labeled containers must be taken with you after the event.

No smoking in any building or within 50 feet of any building entrance. All cigarette butts must be picked up and disposed of properly.

Dorms - There are three bunks per dorm room. The lower bunks should be reserved for the elderly and disabled persons. Proof of a disabled permit may be asked of you. There are no doors on the dorm rooms. You may wish to bring a blanket or throw to cover the opening. Please bring your own bedding and pillows.

Tents - There is no electricity in the tenting area. If you are tenting and wish electricity, please reserve an RV spot. There are bathrooms nearby and showers on the second floor of the main hall. Be prepared for winter weather if you tent.

Onsite hotel rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis for $35 a night or $50 for the weekend. Most of the rooms have 2 - 3 beds and heat/AC. If you are interested, please contact Lady Emmelot directly. Do not request a hotel room through the mail, please. These are handled separately from the rest of the event.
