| Dorms are multi-person rooms with bunk beds and no doors. Please respect the needs our elders aged over 65 and those with diabilities and allow them to have the bottom bunks. Proof of a disabled permit may be asked of you. | ||
Per Meridian Kingdom Law, no family shall pay a site fee higher than three (3) adult member prices for admission to an event as long as the children are 15 years of age or younger and they are all members. Proof of membership, immediate family relations, and age may be required.
From the North - I-65 south to exit 114 (Hwy 106.) Turn left onto Hwy 106. At US31 turn right. Follow US-31 toward Evergreen. Site is right near mile marker 108.
From the South - I65 North to exit 93 (Fairview.) Turn right on US84 East, go past Evergreen. US84 will merge with US31 and become 31/84. Stay on US31. The site is ten (10) miles north on the left between mile marker 107 and 108.

The Shire of Flintmarsh will be providing the fundraiser lunch for Saturday, January 21, 2012.
There will be traveler's faire on Friday evening.
Florida State and SCA Law Requires:
That you have three (3) Notarized copies of the Child Waiver Forms for each child that will be attending the event without a Parent or Legal Guardian but will be with a Supervising Adult. (One copy for the Parent or Guardian, one for the Supervising Adult and one for Troll.) These must be Signed and Notarized prior to the event!
There will be a designated children's area in the main dormatory. Activities for the children will be arts and crafts, a scavenger hunt*, outdoor activities* and much more.
* Weather permitting. Please make sure your children have adequate outdoor winter clothing, including mittens or gloves, hats, shoes and jackets.

This competition is great for beginners or those who have never won a competition, but all entries are accepted.

McKenzie, Georgiana and Evergreen have several restaurants ranging from fast food to sit down diners and cafes.
No pets are permitted on site with the exception of documented service animals and animals in training to be service animals by a paid trainer.
This is a very discreet "dry" site. Alcohol is only allowed in designated locations - no exceptions. If you bring alcohol, you may store it in the designated area and must consume it only in that area. Any labeled containers must be taken with you after the event.
No smoking in any building or within 50 feet of any building entrance. All cigarette butts must be picked up and disposed of properly.
Dorms - There are three bunks per dorm room. The lower bunks should be reserved for the elderly and disabled persons. Proof of a disabled permit may be asked of you. There are no doors on the dorm rooms. You may wish to bring a blanket or throw to cover the opening. Please bring your own bedding and pillows.
Tents - There is no electricity in the tenting area. If you are tenting and wish electricity, please reserve an RV spot. There are bathrooms nearby and showers on the second floor of the main hall. Be prepared for winter weather if you tent.
Onsite hotel rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis for $35 a night or $50 for the weekend. Most of the rooms have 2 - 3 beds and heat/AC. If you are interested, please contact Lady Emmelot directly. Do not request a hotel room through the mail, please. These are handled separately from the rest of the event.
