The Herald's duties are varied within the SCA. Not only does the Herald make announcements, they also help with Kingdom submissions and can advise the populace on constructing personal devices and names. If a member needs help concerning proper placement of portions of their device or to create a name for their persona, the Herald is usually the best resource. |

|
The Chronicler takes notes and writes up information concerning the Shire and works with the Historian, Webminister, Herald and Seneschal to get pertinent information out to the populace and neighboring lands. |
||||
|
The Historian is responsible for gathering, organizing and recording all media, documents and other information for the Shire. They should be sent copies of photos, documents, invitations, videos, etc. so that there is a central location for all items pertaining to the Shire. |
